We’re so happy to welcome you to our 7th season of Baby Goat Yoga at Happy Goats Farm—a joyful and grounding experience where movement, nature, and connection all come together.

Surrounded by our sweet, miniature-alpine baby goats, you'll be guided through a 40-minute all-levels yoga class taught by a certified instructor. The goats roam freely throughout the session, bringing a dose of playfulness and surprise. After class, enjoy some extra cuddle time with the babies—it's the perfect chance to relax, take photos, and simply be present.

 

What to Expect:

• A 40-minute yoga session for all experience levels

• Plenty of goat cuddles and photo opportunities

• Fresh air, fun, and deep breaths in a peaceful farm setting

• A welcoming experience for ages 7 and up

 

What to Bring:

• A yoga mat or large towel

• Water bottle

• Your phone or camera for those irresistible moments

 

Helpful Tips:

• Parking: Space is limited—carpool if possible. We'll direct you to parking when you arrive.

• Check-In: We'll sign you in with our app.

• Waiver: A quick waiver is required before class begins.

• Hair Tip: Goats love to nibble—consider tying back long hair or wearing a bandana.

 

Weather Info:

If there’s rain, we’ll move the class into our spacious new greenhouse. If severe weather makes it unsafe, we’ll cancel the class with at least two hours’ notice and issue full refunds for that session.

 

Private Sessions:
